Our Commercial Interior Design Process

Initial Phase

The commercial interior design process begins with providing services from the initial stages and planning of your construction project. We study and evaluate proposed spaces with your goals and purpose in mind and layout ideas to achieve them. In the initial phase, we will walk through the construction stages completing field verifications and taking exact measurements at your site

Conceptual Planning

The information gathered in the initial phase is used to create drawings and/or schematics that reflect the conditions and later the progress of the construction activities. We commonly refer to these drawing as ‘As-Built Drawings’. These drawings are used to represent the finish and layout of the furniture and the space arrangement of interior space. These drawings provide the basis for the next phase, which is the process of selecting material and installation purposes.

During this stage, we verify all applicable construction code requirements and elements of safety to be met.

Presentation/Client Acceptance

During this phase, we will draft, submit and get approval for the drawings from the client.

Shortly after acceptance, the necessary permits, endorsements and material requisitions will be completed. The final stage of execution involves assembly of new equipment, installation of furniture, minor alterations and modifications are completed accordingly and handed in to the client.

Throughout your project, we remain in communication with everyone and ensure progress is consistent and any issues are addressed in a timely manner.
